Laney Engelhard, a native of Ellensburg, Washington, graduated from the Washington Academy of Performing Arts.
She continued her training at the Pacific Northwest Ballet and the Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet,
and trained on scholarship at the Lou Conte Dance Studio in Chicago. She danced with American Repertory
Ballet for seven seasons and danced with Lustig Dance Theatre for three. Laney's credits include performing
with the Oregon Ballet Theatre, dancing in the premiere of Michael Curry's production of Spirits
(choreographed by Trey McIntyre)

Anna Fredeen has danced since the age of two years old with multiple studios in Connecticut and New Jersey where she trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, musical theater, choreography, modern, and leaps and turns. She trained at Texas Christian University for two years in the School of Classical and Contemporary Dance, and currently studies and trains at Rider University to grow her knowledge and capabilities in Dance Science and multiple techniques. Anna has attended residential dance intensives in New York City and performed with dance companies at venues such as The Joyce Theater, Peridance, Disney World, and The Orange Bowl, where she had the opportunity to work with choreographers, some being Tyler Gilstrap, Sidra Bell, and Chris Judd. In the most recent years, Anna participated in American Dance Festival and the National Choreography Intensive, and has become a satellite member of the modern dance company Luminarium, based out of Boston, MA. As a committed dancer and teacher, Anna strives to pass down her knowledge and experience to students, using Dance Science to bring awareness to the physicality required of dancers to ensure a safe environment for all. | ![line](images/line1.gif)

Lauren, while in high school, participated in a year of study at Mercer County
School for the Performing Arts. Lauren danced at Glen Roc for twelve years in the areas of ballet, tap,
jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, and pointe. She was a member of the Glen Roc Competition Team for three years,
and spent several years as a student teacher. Lauren completed a senior internship under the
supervision of Miss Alma and Miss Barbara at Glen Roc Dance Shoppe. She is a graduate of Rider
University with a degree in Business and Dance Education

Alea is a student at Rider University, where she studies dance
and Elementary education with a minor in Special Education.
She is the rising vice president of Rider’s Dance Team and has been an active member and choreographer of the Dance Team
for the past two years. She also dances for the Rider Dance Ensemble. Before college, Alea was a member of Miss Mare’s All About Dance Competition Team for 7 years. She served as captain her senior year and returned her freshman year of college as a replacement for MMAADCT. While experience in tap, jazz, ballet and lyrical dance, hip hop is where her true passion lies. She is so excited to join the family of Glen Roc
Dance Shoppe and looks forward to dancing for the rest of her life. |
